Welcome to the Harris Ferry Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution, an organization of male descendants of Patriots, who during the American Revolution, rendered unwavering loyal service to the cause of American Independence.
From its inception, the Sons of the American Revolution have been dedicated to patriotic, historical and educational objectives to help perpetuate understanding of, reverence for, and preservation of the institutions of American freedom as delineated in the Preamble of the United States Constitution.

Family plans are also available for multiple applicants to the same Patriot at a discounted rate. Junior Members and active military Regular Members receive discounted annual dues.
Life Membership
Life memberships are also available for the National Society, Pennsylvania Society, and Harris Ferry Chapter. It is encouraged to join the SAR first, receive all your official paperwork and membership numbers, and then apply for life membership. The best way to apply for any or all levels of life membership is to email harrisferry@passar.org. Listed below are each level life membership form as of September 1, 2026. Before filling anything out, please email us to ensure these are the latest versions of the forms.
How do life memberships work and why are they beneficial? For each level, you will look at the life membership dues chart and find the associated amount for your current age. Once you pay that amount to the respected recipient, you will never have to pay annual dues for that level of membership again. No more need to worry about writing a check, having it lost in the mail, paying on time, or simply even remembering to pay!
