Harris Ferry Chapter is celebrating Veterans Day this year by honoring a Compatriots of the Sons of the American Revolution with an SAR Compatriot Grave Marker!  The Compatriot is John McIlhenny Smith, the first official President of Harris Ferry Chapter!

• 11:30-12:30 Compatriot Grave Marking Ceremony for John McI. Smith at Grantville Cemetery (Saint John’s United Methodist Church) (165 Firehouse Rd, Grantville, PA 17028)

An official program will be released at the event.

This event will count as credit toward the 250th Anniversary Medal, as well as the Compatriot Grave Marking Medal and Color Guard Medal if participating in either of those.
