Harris Ferry Chapter is celebrating the 250th Anniversary of the United States this year by honoring a number of Patriots of the American Revolution with an SAR Patriot Grave Marker plaque as well as a Pomeroy Foundation Patriot Burials Marker!  Our chapter is also intending to commemorate all veterans that are buried in the mass burial lot alongside the Patriots from Old Shoop’s Church.  This event will be in cooperation with Harrisburg Chapter DAR as it too is installing a marker.
